Samsung GalaxySamsung Galaxy phones store detailed EXIF metadata including GPS coordinates, scene capture type (landscape, portrait, night), Samsung-specific processing tags for Night Mode and Single Take, front/rear camera identification, and device model name. Galaxy S series flagships add additional computational photography metadata. Our viewer reads all standard and Samsung-specific fields from Galaxy JPEGs and HEICs.
Samsung phones embed GPS by default unless you disable location in camera settings. Galaxy phones also store the device name, making it possible to identify the exact phone model from a photo's metadata.
