Zero Storage Policy

Your files are never permanently stored on our servers. All photo analysis is performed locally in your browser using JavaScript. Images you upload are processed in memory only and are never saved to disk.

For tools that require server-side processing, uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. All transfers use SSL/TLS encryption, and files are never shared between users.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Uploaded files — photos and documents you submit for analysis, processed temporarily
• IP address — used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not stored long-term
• Browser type — anonymous technical data for compatibility
• Error logs — anonymous logs to fix bugs, retained for 90 days

We use a minimal session cookie for security (CSRF protection). If advertising is enabled, we use Google AdSense cookies — you will be asked for consent via a banner before any advertising cookies are set. We do not use cookies for user tracking or profiling.

How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide and improve the scanning service: extracting metadata, generating analysis results, enforcing rate limits, and fixing errors. We do not profile users or build advertising models.

Security

We use TLS 1.3 for all connections, enforce secure HTTP headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), and implement role-based access controls on our infrastructure. Security practices are reviewed regularly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Transparency — know what data we collect and why
• Deletion — request removal of any personal data
• Portability — export data in a standard format
• Opt out — disable any non-essential data collection

Since we store almost no personal data, most deletion requests are already fulfilled automatically.

Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Infrastructure providers we use are bound by strict data processing agreements.
