Delete camera make, model, serial number, and lens data.

Remove Timestamps

Clear date and time data to prevent activity tracking.

What gets stripped

All EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata is removed: GPS coordinates, camera serial numbers, timestamps, software information, thumbnails, and custom fields. The image pixels remain identical — no recompression, no quality loss, no resolution change.

When to use it

Before sharing photos via email, messaging apps, forums, or cloud storage. Before uploading to platforms that don't strip metadata. Before publishing on websites or blogs. Check what your photos contain first with the Privacy Score.
